PURPOSE: To enable measurement without probing an output terminal, by connecting the output terminal and a test control switch with a power supply potential side switch and a ground potential side switch, to constitute a plurality of output circuits, and providing a conductive wiring on a scribe line.

CONSTITUTION: One terminal of a power supply potential side switch 3 is connected with a power supply potential line 1, and the other terminal of the switch 3 is connected with one terminal of a ground potential side switch 4, an output terminal 5, and one terminal of a test control switch 6. The other terminal of the ground potential side switch 4 is connected with a ground potential line 2. The other terminal of the test control switch 6 is connected with conductive wiring 8 formed on a scribe line 7. Thereby the state of each output terminal 5 can be confirmed without probing the output terminal 5.
