Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce exterior components while an outside clock operates and to prevent increase of noises and a consumption current in a semiconductor integrated circuit with a built-in oscillator.
CONSTITUTION: In a user mask process, mask switches 6, 7 which can be switched to ON or OFF are provided. It is turned ON like (a) when an oscillator operates and it is turned OFF like (b) when an outside clock operates.
