PURPOSE: To operate the semiconductor integrated circuit stably at a low voltage even when a constant current transistor(TR) of an ECL gate circuit section is omitted with respect to the semiconductor integrated circuit provided with the ECL gate circuit section of plural stage configuration in which other differential amplifier circuit section is connected to a collector of a differential amplifier circuit section.
CONSTITUTION: TRs T31, T32 are connected to collectors of TRs T1, T2 being components of an input differential amplifier circuit section 25, and the TRs T31, 32 and TRs T33, T34 of an output circuit section 5 form a couple of current mirror circuits. A TFF circuit 3 is provided with differential amplifier circuit sections 26, 27 connecting to a ground GND via resistors R10, R11 and with differential amplifier circuit sections 28-31 connecting to them, and an output signal of an output resistor R5 is impressed to base terminals of the TRs T7, T8 of the differential amplifier circuit sections 26, 27 and an output signal of an output resistor R4 is impressed terminals of the TRs T6, T9.
