Abstract:
PURPOSE: To adjust the values of internal pull-up and pull-down resistors without providing external resistors.
CONSTITUTION: Plural resistors 6 are provided in parallel between a power terminal 4 and a signal line 2, and a switching register 12 whose switching is controlled by a control signal 12 is used to connect and disconnect respective resistors. Thus, an arbitrary synthesized resistance value corresponding to the number of connected resistors is obtained.
