Title:
SEMICONDUCTOR INTEGRATED CIRCUIT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH08314566
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a semiconductor integrated circuit provided with a function module which allows a layout designer to easily change a correlation between the set-up time and the delay time of the function module and improving operation frequencies in a comparatively short time.

CONSTITUTION: The function module 1 communicates a signal in the order of a flip-flop 2, an address buffer 5, a decoder 6, a flip-flop 3, a sense amplifier 7, a flip-flop 4 and an output buffer 8. At the time of respectively receiving a timing signal ST as control signals Sa-Sc, the flip-flops 2 to 4 operate in response to the timing signal ST and at the time of receiving the fixed voltage of 'H' or 'L', the input/output is made through. Consequently, one of flip-flops 2 to 4 is selected as a flip-flop to receive the timing signal.
