Abstract:
To provide the semiconductor laser module with multi input terminal in which high modulation is obtained with small modulation signal power for a desired frequency band and no adjustment process is required.
A module package 1 is provided with a plurality of modulation signal input terminals 5 to receive modulation signals and a laser diode to convert an output signal of an internal input impedance matching circuit 8 connecting to the modulation signal input terminals 5 into an optical signal, and the internal input impedance matching circuit 8 realizes the impedance matching between a signal transmission line 6 and the laser diode for different frequency bands corresponding to a plurality of the modulation signal input terminals 5.
