Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain a semiconductor laser module which can continuously detect light frequencies over a wide range, is not deteriorated in its light frequency detecting sensitivity, and can be easily assembled. CONSTITUTION:The laser light emitted from a semiconductor laser 101 having a controllable oscillating frequency is transformed into a parallel beam. The light frequency of the semiconductor laser 101 is detected by detecting the quantity of light transmitted through an analyzer 109 by passing the parallel beam through a Farady element 108 and the analyzer 109 on the downstream side of the element 108.
