Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the safe semiconductor laser treating device which prevents the inadvertent irradiation with a laser beam.
CONSTITUTION: This treating device is constituted by having a semiconductor laser 7, a shielding plate 8 which shields the laser beam and an irradiation probe 5 which is provided with an irradiation operating switch 9 for opening and closing this shielding plate 8 and an irradiation start switch 10 operating cooperatively with this irradiation operating switch 9.
