To provide a sending management apparatus of high performance capable of implementation by the individual without requiring such a place as burying a time capsule and receiving a designated object such as a message and letter surely even when a receiver has moved to a remote place.

The sending management apparatus comprises: a management information receiving means 3a for receiving designated object specification information, time information, and destination information; a management information storage means 3b for storing each piece of information in association with one another; a management information change support means 3c for receiving the destination change information and storing it as the destination information in the management information storage means 3b; a decision means 3d for referring to the stored designated date information to decide whether or not a current date is the same as the designated date shown by the designated date information or whether or not a period of time from the current date to the designated date is within a specified period of time; and a sending execution instruction output means 3e for outputting a sending execution instruction that the designated object is to be sent to the destination on the designated date when it is decided that the current date is the same or the period of time is within the specified period.
