Abstract:

To provide such a sensor that can effectively block external noises affecting the output signal of the sensor.

This sensor 8 is provided with a vibration detection part 11, a temperature detection part 12, a speed detection part 13, a circuit component 14 for processing signals that are detected by the detection parts 11, 12 and 13, a circuit board 15 to which the detection parts 11, 12 and 13 and circuit component 14 are mounted, a protective wiring 18 provided surrounding the detection parts 11 and 12 and circuit component 14 on one surface 15a of the circuit board 15, and a plane shield 21 arranged on the other surface 15b of the circuit board 15 that corresponds to the position where the detection parts 11 and 12 and circuit component 14 are arranged. The protective wiring 18 on one surface 15a of the circuit board 15 and the plane shield 21 on the other surface thereof are both connected to a reference voltage, so as to block external noises affecting the output signal of the sensor 8.
