PURPOSE: To provide a sensor card which can measure and analyze signals from various sensors by easily inputting them to a personal computer, a measuring instrument, etc.

CONSTITUTION: This instrument is equipped with a sensor signal input terminal for inputting the signal from a sensor provided at a part of the thickness- directional end surface of a card base, a signal processing circuit 3 which receives the applied signal and performs a specific signal processing, an insulating means 4 which insulates the signal processed by the circuit, an output interface part 5 having a digital output terminal 7 for outputting the insulated signal as a standardized signal out of the card base and a power supply terminal 8 for receiving electric power supplied from the outside, and power circuits 6 and 34 which receives the electric power, supplied through the power supply terminal 8, through the insulating means 4 and supplies operating electric power to the signal processing circuit 3.
