In this sensor chip 100, a reagent reacting with a specific component in a sample is disposed on an insulating substrate 47, the electric characteristic of the reagent is detected with detection electrodes 41 and 43 disposed on the insulating substrate 47, and the specific component is measured, and an identification pattern 51 that has chip information and can be determined by a measuring device is disposed on the insulating substrate 47. The identification pattern 51 consists of a plurality of conductive marks, and specifies calibration information with the combination by existence of the conductive marks in a plurality of specific positions set in a predetermined region. Preferably, the identification pattern 51 is disposed on the opposite side to detection electrodes 41 and 43 with the insulating substrate 47 in between. The identification pattern 51 is disposed by printing it on a seal having an adhesion layer and sticking the seal to the insulating substrate 47.
