Title:
SENSOR FOR DETECTING CONCENTRATION OF OXYGEN
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS578439
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a sensor at a low price, having combustion catalytic action and low resistance in oxidizing gas and high resistance in reducing gas and moreover, being resistant to an atmosphere of high-temperature reducing gas.

CONSTITUTION: A substrate 10 of sensor is a substituted product of a part of Co of B site of perovskite type oxide LaCoO3 with Fe and is prepared by a press-forming method or a doctor blade method. The substrate 10 is formed by baking an electrode 11 after vapor-depositing or sputtering Pt group metal, Pd group metal, Au, Ag, graphite, Ni, Fe, Cr, W and these alloys or material selected from conductive oxides, or printing as conductive paste. A lead wire 12 is bonded on the electrode 11. A lead wire 14 made of W and a terminal 15 made of Ni are buried in a stand 13 made of sintered alumina for attaching the substrate 10.
