To provide a sensor device capable of correcting a measured time to a correct time, and a correction method of the measured time in the sensor device capable of correcting accurately measured time information by a clocking part in the sensor device.

This sensor device equipped with a sensor, the clocking part, and a memory storing measured information, measured time information and a correction coefficient is operated as follows: a measurement start signal is transmitted from an external device to the sensor device; a time when the measurement start signal is transmitted is registered in a memory of the external device; a time when measurement is performed by the sensor is measured; the measured information and the measured time information of the sensor are stored correlatively in the memory; when the measurement is finished, a measurement finish signal, the measured information and the measured time information are transmitted from the sensor device to the external device; the correction coefficient is generated from an elapsed time calculated from a time when the measurement finish signal is received by the external device and a time when the measurement start signal is transmitted, and an elapsed time calculated based on the measured time information received from the sensor device; and the measured time information is corrected to a correct time based on the correction coefficient.
