The sensor device detects the information other than light and gives light output corresponding to the information, and is provided with an active layer in charge of light emission and an optical resonator. The light emission of the active layer is limited by being affected by selection of a photoelectro-magnetic field mode by the optical resonator, and the light emission occurs space-selectively. The optical resonator and the active layer are monolithically configured.
