Title:
SENSOR DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2011047775
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a sensor device capable of performing digital conversion by removing a noise component intermingled in an amplification process, without enlarging a circuit scale.

This sensor device includes: a voltage detection type sensor part 20; a chopper amplification part 10 for generating a modulation signal by chopping a voltage signal outputted from the sensor part 20 with a prescribed chopping frequency, amplifying the modulation signal to acquire an amplified signal, and then demodulating the amplified signal and outputting it as an output signal; an integration part 13 provided with an operation amplifier 14 for amplifying a voltage difference between a noninverting input terminal and an inverting input terminal, an input resistance R1 connected to the inverting input terminal of the operation amplifier, and a capacitor C1 connected between the inverting input terminal and an output terminal of the operation amplifier 14, for sampling the output signal outputted from the chopper amplification part 10 with a prescribed sampling frequency, and integrating the sampled output signal; and a digital conversion part 12 for converting the output signal integrated by the integration part 13 into a digital signal.
