To provide a sensor excitation inspection jig capable of reliably connecting terminals of a sensor even in an excited state to terminals on the side of the inspection jig and easily performing attaching and removing works of the sensor.

The sensor excitation inspection jig 101 is provided with both a main body clamp means 21 for gripping a package main body 11p of the sensor 11 and a terminal clamp means 31 for gripping the thin terminals 11ta of the sensor 11. The terminal clamp means 31 comprises both a fixed contact 31s immovable when the sensor 11 is attached to and removed from the sensor excitation inspection jig 101 and a movable contact 31m movable when the sensor 11 is attached to and removed from the sensor excitation inspection jig 101. At inspections, the thin terminals 11ta of the sensor 11 are gripped and held between one surface 31sa in the fixed contact 31s and one surface 31ma in the movable contact 31m.
