Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor fixture which can facilitate adjustment of an attachment position of a sensor to a cylinder tube, and can be formed in a compact way.SOLUTION: A sensor fixture 10A includes a rail-like sensor holder 28 having a sensor insertion groove 40 for storing and holding a positioning sensor 16 in a positionally adjustable manner, a band portion 30 having both ends which can be connected to the sensor holder 28 and constituted to be attached onto an outer peripheral surface 15 of a cylinder tube 14 along a circumferential direction, and a fastening mechanism 32 arranged in a circumferential position different from the sensor holder 28 on the outer peripheral surface 15 of the cylinder tube 14 and fastening the band portion 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
