CONSTITUTION: This device is equipped with elastic members 15A and 15B which energize pin members 14A and 14B, plural engagement parts 20A and 20B, and 21A and 21B which are formed on the pin members 14A and 14B, and lock parts 22A and 22B which are locked to the engagement parts 20A and 20B, and 21A and 21B to fix the pin members 14A and 14B.
