Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor module, a sheet body, and a sensor system which can detect an adherence of a pressure, a liquid and the like using a material having piezoelectricity.SOLUTION: A sensor module 10 provided in a sensor system includes: a piezoelectric base material 12; and an external electrode 14. The sensor module 10 is provided with the piezoelectric base material 12 and the external electrode 14 between a pressure application part 20 and a base part 22. A pressure inputted to the pressure application part 20 is detected by a voltage between an inner conductor 16 and a piezoelectric body 18 of a piezoelectric base material 12. The adherence of the liquid and the like to the pressure application part 20 is detected from an electrostatic capacitance between the piezoelectric body 18 and the external electrode 14 of the piezoelectric base material 12. Consequently, the pressure and the adherence of the liquid and the like can be detected by the sensor module 10 using the piezoelectric base material 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
