To provide a sensor structure achieving a desired stain resistant property and also desired measurement performance such as a humidity response property, and provide a multifunctional sensor enabling detectors for various physical values to be integrated easily.
The sensor structure comprises: a housing member 7 including a connector 5 for performing input/output to the outside and a terminal member 6 of the connector; and an electronic circuit board 9 including a humidity detection element 8 mounted in the housing member. The terminal member of the connector and the electronic circuit board are connected electrically, and the sensor is attached by being inserted into an intake pipe 1 through which main air flows, through a sealing member 11 arranged on the housing member. In the sensor structure, the housing member includes a plurality of communicating passages 13 communicating with the inside of the housing member and the inside of the intake pipe, and the plurality of communicating passages that are arranged offset to a flow direction of the main air flow in the intake pipe and that have apertures near an internal wall surface of the intake pipe.
