Abstract:
To provide a sensor unit of a throttle device capable of simplifying a manufacturing process and reducing manufacturing costs after preventing warpage of a circuit board caused by heat and pressure at the time of injection molding of a casing.SOLUTION: A sensor unit 10 of a throttle device 1 includes: a circuit board 12 that is connected to sensors 8, 13, 14 for detecting a state of intake air circulated within a throttle bore 2a of the throttle device 1 and outputs signals from the sensors 8, 13, 14 to the outside; a casing 11 manufactured by performing injection molding of a synthetic resin material with the circuit board 12 as an insert; support members 15, 16 embedded at the time of injection molding of the casing 11 as an insert along with the circuit board 12; and multiple displacement regulation parts 15f, 16d, 16e that are integrally formed with the support members 15, 16, abut on each of multiple parts dispersed on the circuit board 12, and regulate positional displacement in a thickness direction of the circuit board 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
