Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a pressure/temperature sensor which can be easily formed in a micro size so that the sensor can be applied to such a living body as the blood vessel, etc., and thin tubes for detecting, for example, the internal pressure of a hot balloon catheter, etc.
CONSTITUTION: A flexible laminated film 1 composed of an inner light transmitting semiconductor film 12 and outer reflecting film 11 is adhered to one surface of a transparent substrate 3 with a frame spacer 2 in between so that the space in the spacer 2 can be sealed with the film 1 and substrate 3 and one single- mode optical fiber 6 composed of a single fiber is connected to the other surface of the substrate 3.
