To provide separable clothes enabling the easy dressing even on a body having a good body type and having a good appearance in the case of a dress of last journey; and enabling the change of the clothes, a nightie or pajamas, simply easily without having difficulty even in the case of a patient handicapped in his hand or leg.

The clothes 1 are divided into two pieces of the right part A and the left part B on a vertical line from the back collar 2 to the back body 3. The clothes 1 are constructed so that the parts A and B are freely attached and detached at the connection parts 9, 10 of the back collar 2 and the back body 3.
