A separate handle 10 includes: a pipe-like handle bar 12; a holder 14 with a root part 12a of the handle bar 12 inserted therein; and a nut internally fitted in the root part 12a of the handle bar 12 and welded, and also fixed with a bolt to the holder 14. The nut has a recess provided in a portion hidden inside the handle bar 12 on a circumference surface. The handle bar 12 has a protrusion projecting to an inner peripheral side in the radial direction, and the protrusion is engaged with the recess in the radial direction. The protrusion is formed by caulking the circumference surface of the handle bar 12.
