Abstract:
PURPOSE: To ensure safety inside a room in the case when a refrigerant leaks from an indoor machine, in an air conditioner wherein the refrigerant constituted of a combustible gas such as propane is sealed in a refrigerant circuit.
CONSTITUTION: A heat transfer tube 30 of an indoor heat exchanger 5 and refrigerant pipings 34 and 37 connected thereto, which are held in an indoor machine, are made double tubes and a refrigerant is made to flow through inside passages 31, 35 and 38 of the double tubes.
