PURPOSE: To contrive to improve the reliability of auto loading of a film by providing a magnetic member on the tip part of a roll winding band-shaped object which is drawn out and fed, and providing a magnet member for attracting the magnetic member of the tip part of the roll winding band-shaped object, in the vicinity of a means for receiving and carrying the tip part of the band-shaped object which is drawn out.

CONSTITUTION: When the tip part of a film F which is wound into a reel 1 is turned and positioned in a position opposed to an electromagnet 9 as a film rewinding reel 1 rotates in the film rewinding direction, a magnetic member 10 of the film tip part is drawn in the direction of the electromagnet by magnetism of the electromagnet 9 and the film tip part is drawn toward a tip inside surface side 4a of the reel 1 side of the upper side film guide plate 4. Accordingly, the film tip part is surely separated to the first film carrying roller pair 5 side from the outside surface of the roll winding film F and caught in a pair of rollers 5. The film whose tip part is caught by the first roller pair 5 is carried to a film winding reel 3 side along the running path by the roller pair 5, and auto loading of the film is executed without fail.
