Abstract:
PURPOSE:To make separation work of a tire easy, by positioning a release flange on the needed position of a tire, then by pressing the tire with the release flange, and by making the side face of the tire sink against the rim, and by repeating these operations on the circumference of the rim, and on two sides of the tire. CONSTITUTION:On a tire separation work, at first make the lower circumference edge of the rim r engage with the needed mooring shelf 8 of a mooring plate 7 of a connecting seat 5, and make the wheel w support. Then, after positioning a rotation frame 14 to the place where a connecting bar 38 agrees with a screw hole 6, turn hardless 22, and determined the position so that the tip of a release flange 28 comes to the position beside the circular flange s of a rim r. And then, operate an elevation cylinder 10 and make the rotation frame 14 descend, and touch the release flange 28 on the upper face of the tire a. After that, turn the handle 40 and screw the connecting bar 38 to the screw hole 6, and fix the rotation frame 14, then operate separation cylinders 17, make the side face of the tire 'a' sink through the release flange 28, and make it separate from the rim r.
