Abstract:
To provide a separating and feeding apparatus that smoothly feeds materials to be counted.SOLUTION: A separating and feeding apparatus of the invention comprises a hopper 40 on a base 10 and a separating rotor which rotates by aligning and holding a material W to be counted with a compartment 25 between the hopper and the separating rotor, and feeds the material to be counted from a delivery port 12 of the base. The apparatus comprises a first belt 31 arranged so that at least a part thereof enters a first horizontal groove 21A formed in the compartment of the separating rotor, and a second belt 32 arranged so that a part thereof enters a second horizontal groove formed in a stage different from the first horizontal groove. The compartment has a storage area on the peripheral edge of the separating rotor. The first belt is arranged so as to enter the first horizontal groove above the delivery port so as to position the material to be counted in the first stage of the storage area on the lower part and the material to be counted in the second stage of the storage area on the upper part. The second belt is arranged above the delivery port so as to abut on one of the materials to be counted of the second stage and the third stage of the storage area within a range from less than the center to the lower end of the material to be counted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
