Title:
SEPARATING AND REMOVING DEVICE FOR FOREIGN MATTER IN FLUID
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS5594614
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To separate foreign matter to a high degree up to minute particles by a mechanism wherein a fluid is introduced into a separating chamber in the tangential direction, an impeller is revolved at high speed in a formed turning flow and separating collecting force by means of centrifugal force, inertia force and collisions is rationally combined.

CONSTITUTION: A gas containing dust is introduced into a separating chamber 1 in the tangential direction from a fluid introducing portion 4 by working a suction blower 7 while being rotated at high speed so as to become to a generating pressure condition lower than the suction pressure of the suction blower 7, turned as shown in the arrow head and fluidized to the downstream side from the upper stream side. Particles with large specific gravity are scattered to an outer circumference by centrifugal force during turning, fall to a collecting portion 2 by natural sedimentation force, etc. and are separated and collected. Residual minute particles are carried by a gas flow, reach an impeller 9, are flown to the outer circumference by means of collisions, a sudden turnabout and inertia force when passing through voids among blades 8, and are separated and collected to the collecting portion 2. A purified gas reaches the downstream side from the voids among the blades 8, and is drawn out from a fluid drawing-out portion 3.
