PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that when a bias voltage is applied to a separation stylus having a cut part to separate a form, electric charges concentrate on the peak part of the separation stylus adjacent to the cut part to cause abnormal discharge occurring to a position on a photosensitive drum corresponding to the peak part of the separation stylus and then a photosensitive body has a defect such as an image black spot, etc., due to discharge breakdown.
SOLUTION: The peak part of the separation stylus 121 which is adjacent to the cut part is made shorter than the peak part of another separation stylus 121 which is not adjacent to the cut part and separated from the photosensitive drum 4 to prevent the photosensitive drum 4 from having the discharge breakdown due to the abnormal discharge.
