Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily execute separation/dispensing of DNA or the like.
SOLUTION: This device comprises a separation part 1 comprises a fine tube and a fractionation dispensation part connected directly thereto. The fractionation dispensation part comprises many small cells 3, and the cells are moved based on a measurement signal from a sample passage monitor 14, to thereby execute fractionation dispensation of each component. Hereby, fractionation can be executed easily, and fractionation of a trace sample is also enabled.
