Abstract:

PURPOSE: To easily separate a corrosive product such as iron from a trivalent lanthanoide existing in an acidic aq. solution by allowing an organic solvent containing propane diamide expressed by a formula to contact with the acidic aq. solution generated from a nuclear plant.
CONSTITUTION: A radiation decomposed material or the corrosive product, such as iron and zirconium, and actinoide and/or lanthanoide are existed. in the acidic aq. solution generated from a radiation nuclear fuel fabrication facility. Then the acidic aq. solution and the organic solvent containing the propane diamide as extraction agent are brought into contact with each other for 15 sec to 5 min. The propane diamide is expressed by a formula (each of R1 and R2 represents a 1-2C linear or branched alkyl group or -(CH2)n-Z-(CH2)m-O-R4 group ((n) represents 0 or integers of 1-6, Z represents a single bond or oxygen atom and (m) represents integers of 1-6) and R3 represents a 12-25C alkyl group). And the actinoide and/or the lanthanoide are separated.
