Abstract:
To provide a separation material with less nonspecific adsorption of protein, excellent in liquid permeability when used as a column.SOLUTION: A separation material comprises a porous polymer particle and a coating layer covering at least a part of the surface of the porous polymer particle. The coating layer comprises a crosslinked polymer having a hydroxy group. The crosslinked polymer is a copolymer of a monofunctional monomer having one polymerizable double bond and a polyfunctional monomer having two or more polymerizable double bonds.SELECTED DRAWING: None
