Abstract:
To provide a separation membrane element where high fouling resistance at a raw water supply part side is realized.SOLUTION: A separation membrane 10 being made of a support layer including a base material and a porous support layer and a separation function layer disposed on the porous support layer and having the inclination of a water producing quantity in a width direction of the separation membrane and a separation membrane element 1 are provided. The separation function layer is desirably a cross-linked polyamide.
