To provide an aqueous solution and a method which are used for separation of a dark sintered ceramic material, and which can separate a glass pane from a glass pane having a dark sintered ceramic material attached thereon readily in a recyclable state; and to provide an aqueous solution and a separation method which can separate and collect a dark sintered ceramic material, a conductive sintered ceramic material and a glass pane separately from a glass pane having the dark-colored sintered ceramic material and the conductive sintered ceramic material formed thereon.
A treatment solution (e.g., hydrofluoric acid, a mixture of ammonium fluoride and an acid) having an etching effect against at least one of a glass pane and a dark sintered ceramic material is used as the aqueous solution 20 for separation of a dark sintered ceramic material. A glass pane 30 having a dark sintered ceramic material attached thereon is immersed in the treatment solution. An A-type treatment solution is added to a vessel 11 and the glass 30 is placed in the vessel 11.
