Abstract:
To provide a separation method of a hydrocarbon compound capable of effectively separating the hydrocarbon compound even when a raw material containing a sulfur component such as a petroleum-based hydrocarbon mixture or the like is used.SOLUTION: There is provided a separation method of a hydrocarbon compound having a first separation process for contacting a first mixed fluid containing 2 or more kinds of hydrocarbon compound containing a target compound and a sulfur component with a first separation membrane containing a first zeolite membrane to obtain a first penetration component which penetrates the first separation membrane and a first non-penetration component which does not penetrate the first separation membrane, and a second separation process for contacting a second mixed fluid containing the first non-penetration component with a second separation membrane containing a second zeolite membrane to obtain a second penetration component which penetrates the second separation membrane and a second non-penetration component which does not penetrate the second separation membrane, in which content of the sulfur component in the first non-penetration component is less than 100 mass.ppm based on total amount of the hydrocarbon compound in the first non-penetration component.SELECTED DRAWING: None
