Abstract:
PURPOSE: To efficiently and readily separate monophosphate of nucleoside from diphosphate thereof respectively useful as a seasoning, a raw material of medical drugs, etc.
CONSTITUTION: A solution containing monophosphate and diphosphate of nucleoside is brought into contact with active carbon at pH3-10 so as to adsorb the phosphates thereon. Diphosphate is then eluted by using water, thus carrying out the objective separation.
