This is a separation and recovery method of carbon dioxide contained in a gas to be treated Gf by vapor/liquid contact by diffusing the gas to be treated Gf in bubble to the chemical absorption liquid stored in at least two vessels 11a-11c, and the chemical absorption liquid is transferred in turn through at least two vessels 11a-11c from a receiving vessel 11a to a discharge vessel 11c, while receiving in the receiving vessel 11a the chemical absorption liquid which is discharged from the discharge vessel 11c and regenerated, and the gas to be treated Gf is divided and supplied each in the chemical absorption liquid stored in at least two vessels 11a-11c.
