Abstract:

PURPOSE: To rapidly and easily analyze saccharified albumin and saccharified hemoglobin by introducing a sample into the sepn. system of liquid chromatography by one time of an injection operation.

CONSTITUTION: A moving phase is fed by a liquid feed pump 1 and the sample injected by a sample injection part is fed into a 1st column where the albumin and hemoglobin in the sample are separated and detected. The hemoglobin separated in the 1st column is then fed to a 2nd column by a flow passage selecting means and after the albumin is eluted from the 1st column, the flow passage is selected and the moving phase from the liquid feed pump 1 is fed into a 3rd column. The moving phase is fed by a liquid feed pump 2 through a flow passage selecting means into the 2nd column at this time. Both the liquid feed pumps 1, 2 are selected from the liquid A to the liquid B of the moving phase, by which the saccharified albumin and the nonsaccharified albumin are separated in the 3rd column and the saccharified hemoglobin and the nonsaccharified hemoglobin are separated in the 2nd column. The eluates from the respective columns are fed to detectors 1W3.
