PURPOSE: To efficiently remove a solid phase from a liq. material to clean a waste water by adding cement (binder), chlorinated iron sulfate (III) and an anionic polyelectrolyte in order to a flow direction of the liq. material under a continuous turbulent flow state.
CONSTITUTION: The cement (binder), the chlorinated iron sulfate (III) being a flocculant and the anionic polyelectrolyte (coagulating agent) are added and mixed to the liq. material of the waste water in the continuous turbulent flow state in order to its flow direction to separate the solid phase from the liq. material. Further, after adding the three components, the mixture is mixed for max. 120sec, and the mixture is left to stand to settle the formed woolly fine leaf preferably. An addition of the cement is 0.120.0kg/m2, the addition of the chlorinated iron sulfate is 67-3350g/m2 and the addition of the anionic polyelectrolyte is 1-100g/m2 preferably.
