Title:
SEPARATION SYSTEM AND RESTARTING SYSTEM OF MOISTURE REMOVAL HEATING DEVICE, AND METHOD FOR THOSE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3585975
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To control a fluctuation rate so as not to damage a turbine by suppressing an inner pressure of the heater to be a specified value or lower, keeping a heating steam inflow rate constant, and then fully closing the heating steam valve so as to obtain a steam temperature reduction rate at the heater outlet within a specified range by means of a control means.
CONSTITUTION: In order to separate a moisture remover 5, drain in drain tanks 9 to 11 for a heater is discharged to a condenser 16. Heated steam is supplied to the heater at the discharge time of the drain, so that drain flush is prevented due to high pressure in the heater. When the drain tank is vacant, the inner pressure in the heater is abruptly lowered. The heating steam rate flowed into the heaters 6 to 8 is increased, for increasing the steam velocity in the piping and damaging the equipment. By controlling openings of heating steam valves 20, 21, the heating steam flow rate is suppressed to be a specified value or lower, for suppressing damage of the equipment. The steam temperature of the heater is lowered within the range of the fluctuation ratio so as not to damage the turbine, so that the turbine is not damaged.
