Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separation unit capable of dispensing with a trapping part around an outer cylindrical body.SOLUTION: A separation unit 1a comprises an outer cylindrical body 2, a body of rotation 3, a blade 36, and a drive part 4. The outer cylindrical body 2 has a gas inflow port 23 at a first end 21, and a gas outflow port 24 at a second end 22. The body of rotation 3 is arranged inside the outer cylindrical body 2 so that a rotation center shaft 30 may align with the center shaft 20 of the outer cylindrical body 2. The blade 36 is coupled with the body of rotation 3. The drive part 4 makes the body of rotation 3 rotate. A channel 5 from the side of the inflow port 23 to the side of the outflow port 24 is formed between the outer cylindrical body 2 and the body of rotation 3. The body of rotation 3 is bottomed-cylindrical with the first end 31 closed and having an opening 34 at the second end 32. The opening 34 is located on the outflow port 24 in a direction along the rotation center shaft 30 of the body of rotation 3. While the body of rotation 3 is rotating, the pressure of the body of rotation 3 in an inner space 35 is lower than the pressure in a space in the outer periphery of the opening 34.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
