PURPOSE: To enable elimination of a work to fill a hole with mortar before intermediate cost, by a method wherein a separator having an annular groove for breaking off a metallic rod formed in the inner side of form tie engaging parts at both ends of a metallic rod formed by a stainless steel is used.
CONSTITUTION: Male screws being foam tie engaging parts 12 and 12 are situated to both ends of a metallic rod 11 formed by a stainless steel, and sheathing board-extending through shafts 13 and 13 are located at the inner side thereof. Lines of protrusion 34 and 34 to lock seat metals 40 and 40 are formed at the further inner side thereof, and an annular groove 36 for breaking off the metallic rod 11 is formed adjacent to the inner side of the line of protrusion. By using a so formed separator 10, concrete is placed, after curing, formworks are removed, the protrusion part of the metallic rod 10 is struck with a hammer and broken off at the part of the annular groove 36 to remove the seat metals 40 and 40. Since a hole formed in this part is shallow and the metallic rod 11 has excellent corrosion resistance, the need to fill the hole with mortar is eliminated.
