PURPOSE: To enable quick recovery even at the time of deformation by treading by a tire by forming a plurality of elastic projections consisting of an elastic material to the surface of a substrate section fixed onto a road.

CONSTITUTION: A separator equipment is composed of a substrate section 11 and elastic projections 12, and a large number of the separator equipments are laid and fixed at desired places on a road. Two rod-shaped bodies 13, 13 are fastened onto the rear of the substrate section 11 made up of a metal by welding, at least the surface of the substrate section 11 is covered with a surface section 14 consisting of an elastic body such as a rubber, and the elastic projections 12 are formed integrally on the external one surface of the surface section 14. The elastic projections 12 or the surface section 14 is colored properly with fluorescent paints etc., as required. Impulse feeling received by a crew at the time of treading by a tire is changed and an abnormal sound at the time of treading by the tire can be adjusted by altering the shapes and materials of the elastic projections.
