Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separator suitable for heat insulating basic temporary frames made of urethane foam in particular, of simple constitution capable of improving workability.
SOLUTION: This separator is provided with first and second separator main bodies 6A, 6B burnedly provided in opposed basic temporary frames 2, a supporting cylinder 7 interposed between both basic temporary frames 2, 2, and a joint bolt 8 inserted through the supporting cylinder 7 and joining together both separator main bodies 6A, 6B. The joint bolt 8 is provided with external thread parts 8a, 8b on the extreme end and the base end, and an external thread part 8c of larger diameter than the shaft part nearby the base end. The first separator main body 6A is provided with an internal thread part 9 capable of being inserted through by the shaft part of the joint bolt 8 and threadedly engaged with the external thread part 8c of large diameter. The second separator main body 6B is provided with an internal thread part 11 threadely engaged with the external thread part 8a on the extreme end of the joint bolt 8 and a home tie joint part 12.
