Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separator used for a recovering device for blast water in a hydroblast process which can be continuously operated for a long period by separating the blast water into air, water and dust effectively.
SOLUTION: The separator is formed into a 3 chamber structure of an inlet side chamber, an intermediate side chamber and an outlet side chamber, a filter having a large mesh is mounted between the inlet side chamber and the intermediate part chamber, a filter having a small mesh is mounted between the intermediate part chamber and the outlet side chamber, the dust in the blast water, which has a larger size, is filtered and separated in the inlet side chamber, the dust having a middle size is precipitated, filtered and separated in the intermediate part chamber and the dust having a fine size is precipitated and separated in the outlet side chamber.
