Abstract:
To provide a separator made of a metal foil for a thin air filter causing no cracking or breaking at the time of production of the separator made of the metal foil, and its manufacturing method.
In the separator made of the metal foil for the air filter obtained by applying corrugation processing to the metal foil, both end parts of the metal foil are folded inwardly and shaping oil is adhered to at least the outer surfaces of the inwardly folded parts.
