Abstract:
To provide an inexpensive separator having high corrosion resistance and low contact resistance, and to provide a method for inexpensively manufacturing the separator.SOLUTION: The present invention is related to disclosure of: a separator material which includes a specific metallic substrate, a titanium layer on the substrate surface, and a mixed layer between conductive particles and a titanium oxide on the titanium layer surface; a method of manufacturing the separator material including a specific surface treatment step; a separator made of the separator material; and a method of manufacturing the separator including a step of processing the separator material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
