Abstract:
PURPOSE: To connect serially plural unitsof the semiconductor device of such structure that makes the external light pass through the joint part and then irradiating the external light to these semiconductor devices individually or collectively. In this way, the blocking properties of the devices can be made nearly identical to each other, and the power consumption can be reduced for the light source.
